1. Mon. Praise God for all the Good News Club® volunteers.
2. Tues. Pray “that the word of the Lord may have free course and be glorified” (II Thes.3:1) through the churches.
3. Wed. Pray for children to complete their Mailbox Club™ lessons without reminders. Praise God for Janet Kramer and Lori Steffy who grade the lessons and send each child personal notes, and of course, stickers.
4. Thu. Praise God for every individual and church that supports CEF of Schuylkill County financially.
5. Fri. Pray for the children to call the Tel-A-Story™ number: 1-888-878-8660 where they can hear a different Biblical truth story each day.
6. Sat. Pray for parents to have a burden for the souls of their children.
7. Sun. Pray for the CEF staff as we prepare for the summer ministries.
8. Mon. This is the last week of Good News Clubs. Pray for the children to attend so that they have the opportunity to hear of Jesus one more time. Many of the children never attend church and have parents who have never attended church.
9. Tue. Pray for a burden to reach the lost with the Gospel.
10. Wed. Pray for God to awaken the children’s hearts to the gospel and their need for salvation.
11. Thu. Pray for children in foster care. Pray for God to bring them to a place where they can hear the Gospel.
12. Fri. Pray for the CEF staff from the state of PA as we travel to Lewistown for a meeting in preparation for the summer ministries.
13. Sat. Pray for Shelley, Dillon, and the summer missionaries as they travel to Delaware County for CYIA™ (Christian Youth in Action™) pre-training. This is when the summer missionaries learn how to share the Gospel using the Wordless Book.
14. Sun. Join us in asking God for 400 children to attend camp this summer.
15. Mon. Pray for more camp volunteers.
16. Tue. Pray for the children who know Jesus to want to share their faith with others.
17. Wed. Pray for churches to serve with CEF to reach the children in their neighborhoods.
18. Thu. Pray for individuals and/or churches who would provide transportation for neighborhood children to attend Good News Day Camp.
19. Fri. Pray for us to find a location to hold a 5-Day Club® in Shenandoah.
20. Sat. Pray for Schuylkill County: many areas are spiritually dark with no Bible teaching church nearby.
21. Sun. “Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good. Blesssed is the man who trusts in Him.” (Psalm 34:8)
22. Mon. Pray that God would provide the volunteers needed for every GNC® opportunity that is given to us. Volunteers are needed to open clubs at North Schuylkill, Minersville, Mahanoy Area, and St. Clair Elementary.
23. Tue. Praise God for you who pray faithfully for us!
24. Wed. Pray for Christian parents to register their children for Good News Day Camp. It’s a wonderful place to be discipled in the Word of God, learn about missionaries from other countries, and be challenged to “go” as a foreign or local missionary.
25. Thu. Pray for the men and women who lead the ministry of CEF of Schuylkill County to be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Committee chairman~ Erik Gottfried, Co-chair~ John Racilla, Secretary~ Linda Fetherolf, Treasurer~ Cathy Nagle, Members~ Gale Hurst and Tom Tilden. Pray for more men and women who will give of their time to serve on the local committee.
26. Fri. Pray for seasons of rest~ to give us strength for the work that lies before us.
27. Sat. Pray for unchurched families to register their children for Good News Day Camp. This may be the only opportunity the child has to hear the Gospel message.
28. Sun. “Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wished, let him take the free gift of the water of life.” Revelation 22:17
29. Mon. Pray for the summer missionaries as they begin speaking in churches to raise support.
30. Tue. Pray that we can be a light in our neighborhood.
