1. Fri. Our summer missionary team is: Katie Burian, Amy Hautle, Christopher Hautle, Anne Centeleghe, Grace Newswanger, Claire Gaydos, Emily Gaydos, Madelynn Gaydos, Natalee Gaydos, Bennett Burian and Scarlette Weikel. Pray for them to bond as a team and to be students of the Word.
2. Sat. Pray for the summer missionaries as they are speaking in churches to raise support: prayer and financial.
3. Sun. “In the same way, it is not the will of your Father in heaven that one of these little ones perish.” Matthew 18:14 Pray for the children of our county to have the opportunity to hear the Message of Salvation through Christ alone.
4. Mon. Praise God for Janet Kramer as she grades the Mailbox Club™ lessons. Janet spends many hours grading the lessons, writing notes, and praying for the children.
5. Tue. Pray for God to burden the hearts of His people to reach the children in their neighborhood with the Gospel.
6. Wed. Pray for Shelley, Linda, and Trixie to work together in unity and to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s leading.
7. Thu. Praise God for Jesus who has freed us from the kingdom of darkness. Ask God to give you a burden for those who are lost.
8. Fri. Pray for more children to call the Tel-A-Story™ number~ a place where they can hear a Biblical truth story to help them grow in their relationship to the Lord Jesus. (1-888-878-8660)
9. Sat. Thank God for those who faithfully pray for CEF of Schuylkill County. Pray that God would give others an urgency to pray for us.
10. Sun. “One thing have I asked of the LORD, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to inquire in his temple.” Psalm 27:4
11. Mon. Pray for the summer missionaries as they complete their Wordless Book practicums.
12. Tue. Pray that God would be preparing the children to want to attend Good News Day Camp this year and to want to grow in their knowledge of Him.
13. Wed. Pray for Trixie as she travels overseas to aid her cousin who serves as a missionary and to help celebrate a family member’s graduation.
14. Thu. Pray that we are faithful to teach a Biblical worldview to our children.
15. Fri. Pray for children who attend the public schools~ to have the opportunity to hear about Jesus: that He is the Way of salvation. For those who know Jesus as Savior to not turn to the right or to the left, that they keep their eyes on Him.
16. Sat. Today is the Prayer Summit (10—noon) at Manbeck’s E. C. Church, 110 Wild Cherry Road, Pine Grove PA 17963. Please join us as we pray for our home: Schuylkill County.
17. Sun. “When Jesus saw it, He was indignant and said to them, ‘Let the little children come to Me. Don’t stop them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.’” Mark 10:14 Pray that nothing hinders the children from coming to our summer ministries where they will hear the Gospel and have the opportunity to come to Jesus for salvation.
18. Mon. Pray for Shelley, Linda, and Trixie as they plan for the summer season: day camps, open air ministry at the Schuylkill County Fair, and the World Cup Soccer Outreach clinics.
19. Tue. “But from the beginning of creation God made them male and female.” Mark 10:6 Pray for our children to understand that they were created by God and He designed them to be a boy or a girl.
20. Wed. Pray for Shelley, Linda, and Trixie as they prepare for Good News Day Camp~ there is much work to be done.
21. Thu. “But whoever causes the downfall of one of these little ones who believe in Me—it would be better for him if a heavy millstone were hung around his neck and he were drowned in the depths of the sea!” Matthew 18:6
Pray for the children. They are often discouraged from believing the Bible is God’s Word.
22. Fri. Pray for God’s people to be ready in season and out of season to share the Gospel.
23. Sat. Praise God for those who support CEF of Schuylkill County financially. Pray that they would see God’s blessing on their lives.
24. Sun. “Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:16
25. Mon. Pray for Shelley, Linda, and Trixie to be people of the Word: to always look to the Word of God in our decision-making process.
26. Tue. Give thanks for the following men and women who serve on the committee: Chairman Erik Gottfried, Vice-Chair Chris Trapani, Secretary Linda Fetherolf, Treasurer Cathy Nagle and members Tom Tilden, and Jean Hurst. Pray that God would lead others who have a passion for CEF to serve on our committee.
27. Wed. Thank God for the men and women who volunteer to stuff and seal our monthly newsletter: Dave and Karen Snyder, Janet Maurer, Jack and Barb Wetzel, and Mary Allen. We appreciate them so much!
28. Thu. Pray for the camp training class preparations. Camp training classes are next week.
29. Fri. Pray for a time of rest before the summer ministry kicks off in full swing.
30. Sat. Praise God! He hears and answers our prayers. Pray for the children to know the God who sees and hears them.
31.Sun. Pray for every camp to be filled to capacity.
