April 2026 – Prayer and Praise

1. Wed. The spring semester of Good News Club® is coming to an end. Pray for the children to remember the Bible lessons they were taught.

2. Thu. Remember. “But Jesus remained silent. And the high priest said to Him, ‘I adjure You by the living God, tell us if You are the Christ, the Son of God.’ Jesus said to him, ‘You have said so. But I tell you, from now on you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power and coming on the clouds of heaven.’” Matthew 26:63-64
Pray for more opportunities in Schuylkill County to share with the boys and girls that Jesus is the Son of God.

3. Fri. Sunday is coming! “And Joseph took the body and wrapped it in a clean linen shroud and laid it in his own new tomb, which he had cut in the rock. And he rolled a great stone to the entrance of the tomb and went away. Mary Magldalene and the other Mary were there, sitting opposite the tomb.” Matthew 27:60-61
Pray for the children in Schuylkill County: that they would learn to watch and wait, believing God is faithful.

4. Sat. Silence. “So they went and made the tomb secure by sealing the stone and setting a guard.” Matthew 27:66
Pray for the children to have the opportunity to hear that God is greater than man~ the grave could not keep Him.

5. Sun. Praise God! We serve a risen Savior. “But the angel said, ‘Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here, for He has risen, as He said.’” Matthew 28:5-6
Pray for the children. Eighty percent of the children in America do not attend church.

6. Mon. Praise God for all the Good News Club® volunteers who give of their time, talent, and treasure to see the children reached with the Gospel.

7. Tue. Pray for Trixie and the pastors who have agreed to participate in the Soccer Outreach Clinic from the northwest region of the county: they are meeting tonight to continue making plans for this ministry outreach.
