Sunday: “Though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the field yield no food, the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD; I will take joy in the God of my salvation. God, the Lord, is my strength; he makes my feet like the deer’s; he makes me tread on my high places.”

Both ministries are free and help children grow in their knowledge of the One True God and His Son Jesus Christ.
Monday: Pray for our summer missionaries: Katie Burian, Jerusha McCarthy, Bobby Oravitz, Thor DeBruyn, Eliana McCarthy, Anna Oravitz, Alexander Burian, Timmy Berg, and Vladimir DeBruyn. Pray for them to raise the support needed for the summer.
Pray for training that is now being done online through a program called Zoom. Pray for the summer missionaries to bond in friendship and to be united in their hearts for service to the Lord, even though it will be different than they expected.
Tuesday: Pray for wisdom and listening hearts for the CYIA™ (Christian Youth in Action™) committee. This is the training for the youth in order to teach clubs and counsel for salvation over the summer. The training is to take place the week of June 13 to 19 in Orrstown, PA.
Wednesday: Pray that we will be able to hold Good News Day Camps, 5-Day Clubs, and open air at the Schuylkill County Fair. During the summer months, we reach over 600 children with the Gospel. If God closes the door to camps pray for Him to open other doors so that the children can hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Thursday: Pray for the videos that we have been adding to our YouTube site: CEFSchuylkill. Pray for them to be used for God’s glory~ reaching children with the Message of Salvation found only through Jesus Christ.
Friday: This is the time of year when we begin to prepare for the Good News Clubs which start in the fall. Pray for wisdom and for new ideas in reaching the children as we don’t know what the “new” normal will look like. Praise God as nothing is unknown to Him.
Saturday: Pray for the children. There are over 16,000 elementary age children in Schuylkill County. In a year’s time CEF of Schuylkill County reaches approximately 1,350 through Good News Clubs, 5-Day Clubs, Camps, Open Air, the Schuylkill County Fair and Party Clubs.
