June 2016 Prayer and Praise
1. Wed. Pray for Shelley and Pastors Todd Wolfe, Dennis Snyder, Justin Whitenight, Jesse Benack and Jonathan Hikes as they prepare for the teen youth retreat weekend in June.
2. Thu. Praise the Lord for Kay Artz and Danette Roberts who correspond with children through the Mailbox ClubTM lessons. Pray for children to do their lessons faithfully.
3. Fri. Pray that as the summer missionaries share the work of CEF® in churches this summer, more people would be led to volunteer in the clubs and camps.
4. Sat. Praise for Linda Cerullo who reads a story for the Tel-A-Story® number (570-621-9099) everyday. 5. Sun. Pray for summer missionaries, Mercedes Miller, Jimmy Dietrich, Mary Gottfried, and Elizabeth
Smallwood as they speak in churches today.
6. Mon. Praise the Lord for all the donors who financially support the ministry of CEF®.
7. Tue. Pray for the summer missionaries and staff as they meet together today for prayer and final preparation for the summer.
8. Wed. Pray that God would begin to prepare the hearts of the children who will hear the gospel this summer.
9. Thu. Praise God for the Whittemore family who will be opening their home for the youth retreat.
10. Fri. Pray for wisdom for the pastors who are leading the youth retreat this weekend.
11. Sat. Pray for the youth who attend the youth retreat this weekend that their hearts would be ready to receive God’s word.
12. Sun. Pray for summer missionaries Mercedes Miller, Regina Miller, and Laura Gottfried as they share the summer ministry of CEF® in churches today.
13. Mon. Pray for Shelley as she leads the training sessions for summer volunteers this evening, Tuesday and Thursday evening.
14. Tue. Pray for the summer volunteers to be renewed in enthusiasm as they serve Christ this summer. 15. Wed. Praise God for all our summer volunteers who make Day Camp possible.
16. Thu. Pray for Connie, Heather, and Linda as they meet the summer volunteers and help them with their required paperwork.
17. Fri. Praise God for our summer missionaries, Katie Burian, Elizabeth Smallwood, Laura Gottfried, Mary Gottfried, Mercedes Miller, Regina Miller, and Jimmy Dietrich. Pray for their spiritual growth this summer.
18. Sat. Shelley and the summer missionaries travel to CYIATM today. Pray for their safety. 19. Sun. Pray for unity and wisdom among the leadership at CYIATM.
20. Mon. Pray for protection for the summer missionaries and staff this week at CYIATM.
21. Tue. This week the summer missionaries will be evaluated as they present their lessons to the CYIATM leadership. Pray for both the missionaries and their evaluators.
22. Wed. The summer missionaries will be doing open-air evangelism today. Pray for boldness and clarity as they share the gospel.
23. Thu. Praise God for His great faithfulness to His ministry of CEF®, both in Schuylkill County and around the world.
24. Fri. Praise God for churches and homes that will be hosting 5-Day Clubs® this summer.
25. Sat. Pray for strength for Shelley as she returns from CYIATM and begins to set up for Day Camp.
26. Sun. Pray for summer missionaries Elizabeth Smallwood and Mary Gottfried as they share CEF® in churches today.
27. Mon. Praise for Jennifer McDonald who will be teaching missions at the Tamaqua Day Camp this week. Pray for receptive hearts.
28. Tue. Pray for safety for everyone involved with the Tamaqua Good News Day Camp.
29. Wed. Pray for our summer missionaries who will be evaluated as they teach 5-Day Club® this week.
30. Thu. Pray for the children at the Tamaqua Day Camp and the Hamburg 5-Day Club® to come to know Jesus and grow in Him.
