February 2023 Prayer and Praise

1. Wed. Pray for the children to attend the Good News Club® at First United Methodist Church, Pottsville.
2. Thu. Pray for more Good News Club® volunteers.
3. Fri. Pray for the schools to remain open to Good News Club®.
4. Sat. Thank God for Janet Kramer. Pray for her as she grades the Mailbox ClubTM lessons and corresponds with both children and adults who do the lessons. Pray they would be faithful in doing their lessons.
5. Sun. Pray for more opportunities to share the Gospel with the children in Schuylkill County.
6. Mon. Pray “for the Peace of God to be upon our children.” -Don Billet
7. Tue. Pray that a boy with “ADHD would be able to come back to club and teachers would not send him home early.” -Mary Engelhardt
8. Wed. Pray for my “trip to Denmark for granddaughter’s confirmation.” -Gale Hurst
9. Thu. Pray for the “unsaved children.” -Bill Engelhardt
10. Fri. Pray for the persecuted church. Pray for them, by God’s grace, to persevere to the end.
11. Sat. Pray “that the Good News Club kids and families will connect with a church.” -Jonathan Hikes
12. Sun. “Pray for the BMEW kids to come to Good News Club and hear the Gospel and find God’s love!” -Deb Marbarger
13. Mon. Pray for Shelley, Linda, Jerusha, and Elizabeth to be “filled with the Holy Spirit…speak(ing) the word of God with boldness.” Acts 4:31
14. Tue. Pray for “wisdom in sharing the Gospel with the kids and the time to share the Gospel with the children individually.” -Kari Gottfried
15. Wed. Pray for “more children to come” to Good News Club. -Betty Kroh
16. Thu. Pray “that we can make an impact on our students that attend and to help them know the Lord as Savior.” Lauren Mundinger
17. Fri. “Lord, help the children at BMEW to listen to their lesson. Thank you for all the children You have sent our way.” -Janet Kramer
18. Sat. “Prayer for the children at BMEW will be able to focus on the Bible lesson.” -Connie Wright
19. Sun. Pray for a “Christian school in the Tri-Valley Area.” -Tom Kroh
20. Mon. Pray that “many attend and enjoy their time with us at West Penn.” -Rosella Gottfried
21. Tue. Pray “that God would open hearts of the children to accept and share His love.” -Karen Andreas
22. Wed. Praise God for all the volunteers who have a burden for the children of Schuylkill County and have said, “yes!” when God called them to help with this ministry.
23. Thu. Give thanks for the following men and women who serve on the committee: Erik Gottfried, Gale Hurst, Linda Fetherolf, Cathy Nagle, and John Racilla. We meet tonight. Pray for wisdom.
24. Fri. Pray for God to raise up the team of summer missionaries of His choosing.
25. Sat. Praise God! Amy and Christopher Hautle are returning to serve as summer missionaries for this summer.
26. Sun. Pray for Shelley, Linda, Jerusha, and Elizabeth to be grounded in the Word of God, “so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith~ that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:17-19
27. Mon. Pray for the children to call the Tel-A-Story number. This is a safe place where the children can hear a

28. Tue. Pray for the children to sign up to do the Mailbox ClubTM lessons. Pray for hearts receptive to the
Gospel message.
