June Prayer & Praise

1. Wed. Praise God for all the volunteers who have a burden for the children of Schuylkill County and have said, “yes!” when God called them to help with this ministry.
2. Thu. Pray for more Good News Club® volunteers.
3. Fri. Pray for the schools to remain open to Good News Club.
4. Sat. Thank God for Janet Kramer. Pray for her as she grades the Mailbox ClubTM lessons and corresponds with both children and adults who do the lessons. Pray they would be faithful in doing their lessons.
5. Sun. Pray for more opportunities to share the Gospel with the children in Schuylkill County.
6. Mon. Tonight, is camp training class at the Valley View Church of God. Pray for the volunteers to see this training as valuable to their ministry at camp.
7. Tue. Tonight, is camp training class at the St. John’s Reformed Church, Friedensburg. Pray for the volunteers to see this training as valuable to their ministry at camp.
8. Wed. The summer missionary team and staff are meeting today to finalize preparations for CYIATM (training school). Pray for the team: Shelley, Linda, Elizabeth, Jerusha, Katie, Bobby, Xander, Anna, Christopher, and Amy.
9. Thu. Tonight, is camp training class at the Calvary Evangelical United Methodist Church, Tamaqua. Pray for the volunteers to see this training as valuable to their ministry at camp.
10. Fri. Pray for the persecuted church. Pray for them, by God’s grace, to persevere to the end.
11. Sat. Pray for Schuylkill Haven and Tri Valley School Districts. Due to district policy, they will not
distribute the Good News Day Camp flyers to the children. This limits the number of children in attendance. Pray that Blue Mountain and Pottsville School Districts will be willing to host and distribute Good News Club permission slips.
12. Sun. Pray for the summer missionaries as they are out speaking in churches throughout Schuylkill County raising support for their summer with CEF. Praise God for the money that has already been raised.
13. Mon. Pray for Shelley, Linda, Jerusha, and Elizabeth to be “filled with the Holy Spirit…speak(ing) the word of God with boldness.” Acts 4:31
14. Tue. Pray for all the last minute day camp and CYIATM preparations.
15. Wed. Praise God for how He gifted Elizabeth in video design. Pray for more families to connect with Casey & Company, CEF of Schuylkill County’s YouTube Channel.
16. Thu. Pray for the CYIATM staff throughout the state as we make final preparations for training school.
17. Fri. Pray for PA CEF® staff as many will be traveling to Hooversville, PA to set up for training school.

18. Sat. Pray for all the staff and youth who will be traveling to Hooversville for CYIA. It is an intense week of training.
19. Sun. Pray for Shelley as she teaches two sessions today on counseling children who respond to the Gospel message.
20. Mon. Today, Bobby, Xander, and Jerusha will be demonstrating a 5-Day ClubTM before the entire CYIATM students. Ask God to calm their nerves.
21. Tue. Pray for Amy and Christopher as they are first year missionaries and Anna who is a third-year
missionary. Pray for them to persevere when they feel overwhelmed because of all that they are learning.
22. Wed. Pray for Bobby and Xander as they attend leadership classes. Pray for God to grow them spiritually and to strengthen their leadership skills.
23. Thu. Give thanks for the following men and women who serve on the committee: Erik Gottfried, Gale Hurst, Linda Fetherolf, Cathy Nagle, Dana Oravitz, and John Racilla.
24. Fri. Pray for all those who attended CYIATM as we will be traveling home today.
25. Sat. Pray for Shelley and Jerusha as they set up for the first week of camp at the Lewistown Tabernacle, Tamaqua.
26. Sun. Pray for Shelley, Linda, Jerusha, and Elizabeth to be grounded in the Word of God, “so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith~ that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:17-19
27. Mon. Pray! Today is the first day of camp. Pray for safety, health, wisdom, strength, boldness~ Pray for us to rely on the Lord our God.
28. Tue. Pray for our camp missionaries: Jeff and Melissa Beauvais. Pray for God to burden the children for the lost so that some may grow up and “Go” and others to “Give” and all to “Pray”.
29. Wed. Pray for the children to sign up to do the Mailbox ClubTM lessons. Pray for hearts receptive to the Gospel message.
30. Thu. Pray for the children to call the Tel-A-Story number. This is a safe place where the children can hear a short biblical truth story each day. 1-888-878-8660
